Traffic : Why We Drive the Way We Do (and What It Says about Us) by Tom Vanderbilt

This was fabulous--all sorts of interesting observations from the intersection (ha!) of engineering and psychology. Highly recommended.

This book sounds really interesting. I'm going to have to check it out. I love your concise reviews, btw. There's no way I could say so much in so few words!

BTW: I left you an award on my blog - http://blogginboutbooks.blogspot.com

Saw the book at my Library after seeing it here. It was really good. A lot better than I would have assumed a book on traffic could have been . I especially liked the insights into broader human behaviour and interaction. A lot of applications to other life situations.
