A Guardian and a Thief by Megha Majumdar

I didn't enjoy this, but it would be interesting to discuss.

The Love of My Life by Rosie Walsh

Decent .

Solid.

Truth in Advertising by John Kenney

Meh

Girl Dinner by Olivie Blake

My expectations were low because I thought Gifted & Talented was kind of disappointing, but this was so, so good. It worked as a plot, the characters were great, the social commentary was great, and the sentences were sublime.

She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb

Solid

Totally Fine by Nick Spalding

I mean, this wasn't perfect. But it was funny, and it was a reasonably clever exploration of how we (don't) deal with mental health issues.

Solid.

Secret of Secrets by Dan Brown

Dan Brown is always somewhere between a hate read and a guilty pleasure.

The Impossible Fortune by Richard Osman

Fun.

The Irish Goodbye by Heather Aimee O'Neill

I'm so sick of 'large sibling group working out their issues in vacation house' or similar.

Super weird. I think I liked it?

Replaceable You by Mary Roach

Mary Roach is always fun.

Hole in the Sky by Daniel Wilson

I wanted to like this, and there was initially so much promise, but it just didn't stick the landing.
